This free in-person or virtual training sponsored by Better Ways to Cope will cover storytelling strategies for grant writing and marketing. We are looking to support smaller and minority led nonprofits with capacity building and sustainability.

About the event
Attendees will be able to:
- Outline and write a compelling narrative that can compete with grant applications from bigger, more established organizations
- Identify the key components of an effective writing process that includes brainstorming and editing to craft powerful, emotional non-fiction narratives.
- Develop a system for regularly collecting and organizing data and evaluations that guide the story you tell about the success of your organization and/or program.
- Use data to write a narrative that supports your organization’s goals and defines how funding can help achieve goals and drive outcomes.
