Strategic plans are often multiple full day sessions where nonprofit leaders, staff, & board members come together to reflect on current nonprofit outcomes and strategies while building out short and long-terms goals through a SWOT analysis, relationship mapping, program and project reviews, staff and Board member matrixes, and more. 

Host or facilitate meetings or trainings where clients do a majority of preparation. I am also available to help with planning and preparation of meetings and trainings or strategic planning sessions.
